Cross Spectrum–Based Transfer Function Measurement

Discover the preferred method for measuring transfer functions that is based on computing cross spectrums. The primary advantage of this approach is the reduced sensitivity to measurement noise. A Simulink® model serves as the test harness for generating the excitation, modeling the device-under-test, and making the transfer function measurement in the frequency domain. The model is mixed signal in nature with a mixture of continuous time and discrete time.
